Missouri Valley Partners (MVP) encourages open and frequent communications
between the client and our investment professionals. To that end
the following key elements in a client servicing program include:

The primary portfolio manager as well as the area marketing professional
as required, will attend regularly scheduled client meetings. In
addition, should special meetings be required to discuss portfolio
management and/or other related needs and concerns, MVP professionals
will be happy to participate.

Each client is afforded direct and immediate access to the primary
portfolio manager responsible for managing the client's assets.
This insures timely and accurate responses to specific client
questions and concerns.
Each client is provided with both a primary and backup portfolio manager
to manage the portfolio, as well as a marketing professional.
Although each client deals directly with the key professional
assigned to management of assets, decision input regarding client
issues is addressed by a team of professionals, from portfolio
management to securities research and account administration.

MVP encourages timely and meaningful communications between client
and investment professionals. You will receive quarterly investment
letters with timely performance and market commentary information,
as well as our quarterly economic and market strategy publication
- Market Outlook.
