Nonpublic information includes all nonpublic financial and personal information obtained from you in connection with our providing our services to you.

MVP restricts access to your personal and account information to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide investment advisory services to you. MVP also maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard your personal financial information.
